Ingredients
1cuppineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
3/4cupmilk
1/2cuppineapple juice
4 tbspcoconut milk
4tbspsugar
Instructions
1. Combine the pineapple, milk, juice, coconut milk and sugar in a blender and puree until smooth, about one minute. 2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, at least 4-6 hours. 3. Before removing from molds run under warm water for 30 seconds, then slide out the popsicles by the handle.
